A Randomized Trial of High-Flow Oxygen Therapy in Infants with Bronchiolitis

Bronchiolitis is the most common reason for nonelective hospital admission in infants, and an increasing cause of PICU admission in Australian and New Zealand. Current recommendations are for supportive therapy - oxygen for hypoxemia, respiratory support, hydration.
