Treatment of Neonatal Sepsis with Intravenous Immune Globulin

This is an impressive large (n=3493) sepsis trial in neonates.
IVIG has theoretical benefits in neonatal sepsis, where low host serum IgG levels and the possible immunomodulatory benefits of IVIG could prove beneficial.
