The STOP-COVID Trial examines the effect of the janus kinase inhibitor tofacitinib, on the progression of hospitalised patients with COVID-19, to death or respiratory failure.
Tofacitinib is an oral JAK inhibitor, similar to baricitinib, that was tested in the ACTT-2...
