Assisting trainees who fail a fellowship exam

Failing a fellowship exam can be a devestating experience, both for the candidate and for their supervisors. The reasons for not successfully completing the exam are varied, but often lack of knowledge is not the issue, according to Patsy Tremayne, a sports psychologist who has turned her attention to this prickly area.
